- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) Shurfine Tex Mex Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Shurfine Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can Shurfine Black Beans, rinsed and drained
- Chili powder to taste
- In a large pot, cook ground beef until browned, drain fat.
- Add tomatoes and beans and season to taste with chili powder.
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite chili toppings: Sour Cream, Corn Chips, Grated Cheese, etc.
